Accomplishments
Since 2018 I have been making pieces for studio classes at SUNY Oneonta and have developed my techniques since.
Fall 2019, I received The Jean Parish Scholarship for Art. A $2,288 award that went to nine students for the 2019/2020 academic year.
Spring 2020, my classmate and I submitted pieces to the Martin Mullen Gallery and got accepted for a show in May. But due to the circumstances of COVID-19 after spring break we converted our show In Bloom virtually: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RE4-J7EZrY&t=79s.
Currently, I have started my own business of my artwork called Jade Astrid Designs, currently only on social platforms – Facebook and Instagram. This business includes custom studio artwork, personal artwork, and photo shoots.
